**Customer Service Administrator**

Priorclave is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our customer service team based in Thamesmead, London. We are looking for a motivated individual with the enthusiasm and adaptivity to aid the current customer service team with various tasks in what can be a fast-paced work environment. Priorclave is an autoclave manufacturer with 35 years’ experience in the industry. We design and build in house specialised equipment that is sold globally. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the customer service providing advice along with supply, servicing, and calibration of autoclaves.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. 9am - 5pm.

**Key responsibilities**:
In this role you will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the customer service department as mentioned below:

- Liaising with company engineers as required.
- Creating engineers job sheets. Chasing customers for purchase orders following the visits.
- Quoting service contracts using ‘Salesforce’. Subsequently invoicing these and logging the details onto the ERP system and excel spreadsheets.
- Administrative work using the CRM section of our ERP system to maintain and add customer and machine location details.
- Maintaining service engineer stock levels within the system by transferring parts as requested.
- Answering customer phone calls and covering reception duties during lunchtime and our receptionist holidays.
- Create manuals for Production monthly.
- General administration duties including but not limited to filing, booking deliveries etc.
- Covering any holiday or absences of other staff within the customer service department which may include tasks such as logging of customers autoclave/spare part orders, booking jobs for service engineers, and preparing orders for despatch.

Additional duties include:

- Take on additional responsibilities, as and when required by management.
- Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to take notes during training sessions.
- Competent customer service skills with a friendly manner and a 'can-do' attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work proactively as a member of a small, busy team.
- Willingness to learn is essential for this role.
- Keen attention to detail is required.
- Ability to conduct an active job role with some time spent measuring machines or packing smaller items on the factory floor may be required.
- Ability to commute to and work in busy locations with some time pressures associated to tasks being conducted.
- Reliability.
- Ability to use Microsoft programs such as word, excel and outlook.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Previous experience within the customer service industry would be preferable.

**Work Schedule**:Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
