**RME Consultants are partnering with a well-established client currently seeking an Customer Service Administrator to join their energetic and thriving team situated in Central London.**

**Role: Customer Service Administrator**

**Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum**

**Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full time office based (9am -5.30pm or 8.30-4.30pm)**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Location: Central London**

**Main Duties for the Customer Service Administrator**:

- **Perform a variety of general office tasks, including photocopying, binding, scanning, data entry, and record maintenance.**:

- **Ensure optimal stock levels of office supplies.**:

- **Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with courtesy.**:

- **Manage incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating courier services.**:

- **Oversee the organisation of meetings, appointments, and boardroom bookings.**:

- **Assist in planning company events, managing guest lists, and coordinating with venues and suppliers.**:

- **Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.**:

- **Provide support for social media activities, conducting content research for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.**:

- **Collaborate with vendors to maintain a well-functioning work environment.**:

- **Offer administrative assistance to the Business Support Manager and Directors as needed.**:

- **Enhance communication and workflow efficiency by working with various departments.**:

- **Take on responsibilities as the Fire Safety Officer and First Aider.**:

- **Fulfil any other reasonable duties as requested by the Business Support Manager and Directors.**

**Experience requirement for the Customer Service Administrator**:

- **Possess A-level education or higher.**:

- **Demonstrated track record of 2 years in an Office Administrator or a comparable administrative position.**:

- **Showcase robust organisational and multitasking capabilities.**:

- **Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and holds a commendable level of IT literacy.**:

- **Display proactive and forward-planning qualities, taking ownership of tasks. Dependable with a strong sense of punctuality.**:

- **Familiarity with health and safety regulations and CRM systems is advantageous.**
