We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Workingmums. As a key member of our Customer Insight Team, you will provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our complaint response process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Insight Team, including managing conflicting responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ensure accurate and effective record keeping, including maintaining up-to-date records and files.
- Manage multiple inboxes and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a complaint response can be delivered efficiently and effectively.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on customer service and complaint resolution.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
