**12-month FTC**

**£25,000 - £26,000 DOE**

A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, strong administrator to join my client’s team based in London on a 12-month fixed term basis. Joining a diverse team and jumping into a varied role, you will be responsible for providing full administrative supportto a variety of departments.

**Duties for this role include but are not limited to**:

- Updating information using a CAFM system
- Carrying out audits and conducting client reports to ensure invoices are processed.
- Adhere to tight deadlines and manage PPM works.
- Processing and raising purchase orders.
- Ensuring invoices are completed, tracked, and reported onto the system.
- Ensure all PPM’s are managed and tracked accordingly.
- Supporting the Contract Manager regarding contracts, queries, and any other matters
- Liaising with internal and external parties in a professional manner
- Formatting and inputting data
- Any other administrative duties as and when required.
- Previous experience working in an administrative role within the following industries: engineering, electrical and plumbing.
- A proficient understanding of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Educated to a high standard GCSE level (or equivalent), specifically Maths and English
- Highly organised
- Logical and methodical
- Able to work under pressure.
- Pro-active work ethic with a can-do attitude.
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with purchase orders is not essential but would be a significant advantage.
