**SALARY**: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum
**OPPORTUNITY**: Permanent
**HOURS**: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Office Angels is delighted to be recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join a thriving business based in London. Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience in managing large contracts for a commercial corporation or similar role.This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience or newly graduate from university looking for their next career step.
**The day to day duties in your new job would be**:
- Support the relevant contract holder with all post contract award contract administration activities.
- Administering contractual commitments and monitor and tracking cost control against agreed terms / call offs / CTRs in accordance with Company process and procedures;
- Ensure adequate records are kept of all relevant activities, according to Company policies and procedures.
- Administering and auditing of Company procure to pay system and to ensure adequate records are maintained and updates made where required.
- Supplier management through notification letters and general Contracts administration,
- Proactive monitoring of costs, delivering final account statements and close out of relevant contractual commitments.
- Assisting C&P colleagues with the issuing of contracts, amendments and call-offs for execution.
- Act as the focal point for administration of proprietary procure to pay system.
- 3+ years Administration experience
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal & written communication
