Matt, our Site Director at Watford Gap Motorway Service area on the M1 Motorway, near Daventry is looking to recruit a Customer Experience Leader to join his expanding McDonald’s team.

**What will I have to do?**

As a Customer Experience Leader you will look after our Customer ensuring they have a great experience. Guide our Customers through the ordering process while encouraging them to use the kiosks and table service.

Be able to handle difficult situations/conversations in a confident manner, while maintaining positive customer relations.

We would love you to be able anticipate the customers needs so they don’t have to ask while able to speak knowledgeably and confidently to our customers about the business.

**What experience do I need?**

Ideally we would love you to have worked in a restaurant, bar, café, shop, or any type of catering or retail business and have a passion for providing a great customer experience and love working with people.

Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a Restaurant before, because we will give you everything you could ever need to excel in your job with our amazing training programs while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
