KKC Kart Components is a small, family-owned business dedicated to providing high-quality go karting components and exceptional customer service. With our commitment to excellence and a passion for the sport, we have built a strong reputation within the go karting community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information, technical support, and guidance to customers in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle any necessary order adjustments or returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interaction details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and identifying areas for enhancement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions and administrative tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings as required.
- Full driving license and car or a very reliable mode of transport to our location below.

Location is at **Whilton Mill Kart Circuit, Whilton Locks, Northamptonshire, NN11 2NH.**

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
