DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to play a vital role within our Customer Service Team.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

- Be responsible for a team of three customer service clerks
- Create reports on KPI's
- Interacting with customers
- Resolving any queries/delivery issues
- Liaising with the Planning and Transport team

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience within a Transport/logistics environment
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with SAP would be advantageous
