We are looking for a **Gas Administration Assistant, on a 9 month fixed term contract,** who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives’.
**As the Gas Administration Assistant your key responsibilities are**
- Process invoices from internal and external sources
- Raise recharges where applicable
- Record evidence of work that has been completed
- Raise and categorise work that is required
- Record own work completed and log progress
**About you**
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Proactive approach to your work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work towards and meet deadlines
