As
**Service User Involvement Coordinator** at
**Change Grow Live**, you will provide support in the ongoing development of the Southampton Recovery Community and service user involvement via advocacy, involvement, re-integration and assertive linkage to other services in the community.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in a similar field looking to take the next step in their career.

**Hours**:18.75hrs per week

**Salary**: £26,393.77 - £30,316.74 pro rata

**About the role**:

- Proactively engage & signpost and/or onward refer into support services; structured treatment services; alternative therapy services, PX services as appropriate- Engage with service users to identify assets and to identify and challenge deficit behaviours and drug/alcohol use thus ensuring equal opportunities for wellness across four key domains
- Empower service users to establish non-judgemental supportive relationships with Integrated Recovery service via strategies to Identify, develop, implement and sustain “best practice”.
- Work one to one with service users to provide different levels of practical, emotional, informational and instrumental peer support
