As a care coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in managing and monitoring the quality delivery of domiciliary care services for elderly and disabled individuals.

This is a full-time position.

The role will include:

- Monitoring staff and client communications;
- Monitoring and managing the rotas;
- Responding to complaints and queries from clients;
- Good record keeping;
- Registering and interviewing domiciliary care workers and support workers;
- Emergency assignment of workers to cover care calls when required.
- Have strong social care experience;
- Be a great team player with good communication skills;
- Have experience in rota planning using a staff roster software;
- Enjoy working as part of a team;
- Be able to provide excellent customer service;
- Be able to schedule care workers and put together rotas;
- Be able to monitor care packages and care plans;
- Knowledge and experience of CQC standards and CQC compliance;
- Knowledge of management systems and care coordination.

**Salary**: £21,138.00-£23,400.00 per year
