**Job summary**:
An exciting opportunity has come up for an enthusiastic and organised administrator to join our renal department based on Ward 303. The role will include working as part of administrator team to cover Ward 303 predominantly and Ward 305.

We are looking to recruit a friendly and self motivated individual who works well as part of team, has excellent communication and IT skills and is able to manage and prioritise their own workload.

This part time post will involve working as a part of a team to provide comprehensive administration and co-ordination support. The successful applicant will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to and co-ordinate the efficient running of the service, ensuring that a seamless approach to patient care is delivered. The ward administrator team are fundamental in the coordination of the staffing rotas and recruitment process.

**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
To work as part of a team providing comprehensive Administration / Co-ordination support to clinical services, ensuring this is patient focused and patients receive a compassionate and professional service.

Working in conjunction with colleagues, patients, service users and internal and external stakeholders.

The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to and Co-ordinate the efficient running of the service, ensuring that a seamless approach to patient care is delivered.
