Sales & Projects Administrator

**Sales & Project Administrator - Edinburgh (remote) - £25,000 to £32,000**
We are working with a leading technology integrator who are expanding their team in Scotland. The role will be based remotely but ideally you will have access to Edinburgh.
The client are well established having been in their industry for 35 years with an employee headcount of over 500.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with client support and management
- Ensure that all client requirements are dealt with or escalated in a timely fashion to meet established goals and objectives
- Understanding of company policy, process and adherence to such policies in both client and internal environments
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
- Taking and typing minutes of meetings
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them appropriately.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
- Making decisions in the manager’s absence
- General admin duties
- filing, maintaining of project files, systematic organization of working environment
- Assisting in ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the Company’s requirements
**Experience**
- Intermediate with Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience within an administration or coordination type position
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
