**YOUR TASKS**
- Processing customer delivery available enquiries, orders, schedules and return claims.
- Co-ordinate closely with HCC purchasing and logistics on deliveries and backlogs.
- Loading all customer pricing and running price files.
- Running forecast reports and price files for SOE Sales Director.
- Resolve and action any issues with regards to customer orders and deliveries.
- Preparation of reports to key customers on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.
- Provide support to the account managers with sample orders.
- Have close working relationships with SOE Team, Warehouse and Accounts Department.
- Proactive sales support.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience with a customer support role or production would be helpful but not essential.
- Understanding of our existing SOE customers and their requirements would be very advantageous.
- Good PC skills are essential (SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook & Microsoft teams).
- Polite and friendly telephone manner.
- Accurate and concise data input skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to different situations.
