Here at Stonewater, we are looking to appoint a Customer Relations Support Officer.

This is a fantastic development opportunity, one which will allow you gain the knowledge and experience to become one of our Customer Relations Officers

Our Customer Relations Support Officer will play a vital role in helping Stonewater to manage, resolve and learn from our customer complaint cases. You’ll provide a range of support to our Customer Relations Team, including undertaking administration, monitoringcommitments, record keeping, triaging our inbox and communicating with our customers. You’ll learn how to use case processing, and our CRM, and you’ll take the lead on phone surveys to find out just what our customers think about our Complaints service, helpingus to improve our work.

- Be educated to GCSE level at grade A-C in Mathematics and English Language.
- Have a customer experience mindset and thrive on providing an exceptional service to customers.
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly letter writing and ensuring appropriate tone of voice.
- Able to build effective and pro-active relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Be resilient and able to manage competing pressures in a positive manner.
- Be a strong team player, able to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple priorities.
