Clinical Lead Nurse Duties;
- Wound care/general observation/blood sugar level testing/liaising with other healthcare professionals to give the best care.
- Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication
- Keeping precise, up to date records
- Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times

Required Skills;
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver care, without direct supervision
- Competent in Medication Management
- Ability to follow the Nursing process-Assessment/Diagnosis/Planning/Implementation/Evaluation
- Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary up to £40,000 per hour for this opportunity in St Helens
