**Emergency Contact Centre Operator - Weekend**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team handling **Stolen Vehicle Tracking** (SVT) alerts and become a key player in our SVT Operations Centre and make a difference to our customers.

Reporting to the SVT Operations Team Leader you will work within the team based in the Milton Keynes office to support the stolen vehicle tracking and connected vehicle business and provide high level customer service.

**Shift: 12 noon to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday (including 25 & 26 December & 1 January if they fall on a Saturday or Sunday)**

**As an Emergency Contact Centre Operator**, you will**:

- Handle incoming system alerts, alarms and customer theft notifications
- Pro-actively manage and document vehicle thefts
- Handle Emergency calls and Breakdown calls (Ecalls and Bcalls)
- Action commissioning and health check reports
- Handle incoming calls for SmartNav Personal Assistant navigation requests

**What would be highly desirable**:

- Good all-round ability and knowledge within an office environment.
- Previous experience within an Operations Centre/ Control Room environment.
- Full UK driving license (due to location and shift patterns)
- Good geographical knowledge.
