**About the role**

Join our team within the Education Advice and Support (EAS) Division as a Complex Needs Support Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management and efficient service experience within the Complex Needs area of EAS, this includes leading and overseeing the divisional programme of work, service delivery plans and transformation programmes relating to AEN, as well as co-ordinating with the network of Specialist Provision Centres (SPCs) across schools and dealing with queries from colleagues and parents.

You will also play a key role in supporting officers within the division, including Educational Psychologists and the SEN Adviser Disabilities, providing administrative and PA support as required whilst ensuring that projects and delivery are aligned with business goals, milestones are achieved, and results are communicated across a stakeholder audience.

We are looking for a people-focused person who is able to form strong working relationships with key stakeholders in EAS and across schools and the University College Isle of Man, whilst demonstrating professionalism and credibility. You will be compassionate, supportive, and resilient and able to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team to ensure the prompt delivery of key duties, demonstrating the drive and commitment to deliver high quality outcomes both personally and within the wider EAS team.
