We are a completely independent network for mortgage and protection brokers with over 800 members across the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Trainer to assist with the learning, development, training & competence of our advisers.

**Requirements of a Regulatory Trainer**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience carrying out a similar role within Financial Service
- Full CeMAP or equivalent
- Must have strong industry knowledge
- Proven experience in design, delivery and evaluation of effective training
- Must hold a recognised training/presenting qualification
- The ability to coach individuals to influence and achieve goals
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

**Responsibilities of a Regulatory Trainer**
- To assist with the delivery of our training programmes, face to face across the UK
- To modify/create course material and training manuals to meet specific training needs
- To identify and address training needs across the business
- To review existing training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance
- To monitor and assess the effectiveness and success of our training

**Salary of a Regulatory Trainer**

£35,000 - £40,000 a year dependant on experience to receive the higher salary banding you must have 2 years previous experience carrying out the same role for another Mortgage network

**Working pattern of a Regulatory Trainer**
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm

Please note: This is a field-based role with the requirement to attend our Head Office in Solihull during training.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
