Events Coordinator

**You’ll work with the Events team to successfully deliver our events program for both sponsored third party and hosted events.**
**Do you have experience of events in the B2B space, but want to add more value and learn in a growing team? Are you passionate about leading event crews who provide outstanding attendee experience, and achieve event KPIs? Redgate is looking for an Events Coordinator, who’s enthusiastic about supporting the team with multiple events, and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.**
**Reporting into the Events Marketing Manager, bringing your good communications skills and a can-do attitude, you’ll be involved in the end-to-end execution of our events program. You’ll also be travelling to some of our events, to lead the booth crew onsite.**

**What makes you Redgate’s next Events Coordinator?**
- At least 2 years experience of coordinating an international events and conferences calendar as part of a team, as well as independently
- Experience of working on multiple projects concurrently
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to hit the ground running and get up to speed quickly to take ownership of the coordination of multiple concurrent national and international tradeshows and events.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with common-sense and a can-do approach
- A proactive team player with good social skills who is able to quickly establish effective professional network
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised, with a keen interest in prioritising workload and taking your own initiative
- A problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet, react rapidly to situations, prioritise your workload and implement measures to improve procedures and workflow
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Experienced in using Outlook (overseeing multiple inboxes and calendars), MS Word, Excel, and OneDrive, Zoom, alongside excellent general computer skills
- Travel to conferences to lead the booth crew will be required
**What would help?**
- Experience of coordination of B2B events within the Tech industry
- Willing to work flexible hours as needed to deliver the needs of events based in time-zones outside of the UK
- Experience using Salesforce, WordPress and Marketo would be an advantage
**What’s the package?**
- A great benefits package.
- Salary is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
- You’ll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work time.
