Hot Numbers Coffee is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Events Coordinator at our Gwydir Street Café. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our café's bustling atmosphere, managing all aspects of event planning while contributing to day-to-day café operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, promotion, timeline management, client and supplier relations, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Proactively handle and troubleshoot any issues before and during events.
- Conduct pre
- and post-event evaluations, reporting outcomes to senior management.
- Establish dedicated customer service procedures and train staff accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Café Manager to ensure consistent day-to-day operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome to all patrons.
- Contribute to various aspects of café operations, including customer service, order processing, table clearing, food and drink running, pot washing, opening and closing procedures, and general cleaning tasks.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Excellent customer service skills focused on growing customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve proactively.
- Creative thinking and contribution of innovative ideas for events.
- Understanding of the Company’s identity and standards.
- Good understanding of food hygiene principles, health and safety policies, and procedures.

**Note**: While this role is primarily based at Gwydir Street Café, it involves running and organising events at the other two cafes as well.
