**Responsibilities**:1. Phone Support**:

- Answer incoming phone calls from internal clients promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to internal clients, resolving their queries or directing them to the appropriate departments if necessary.

**3. Support to Account Managers**:

- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to assist them in their daily tasks and seamless client communication.
- Act as a liaison between Account Managers and internal clients, ensuring efficient and effective coordination.

**4. Issue Resolution**:

- Act as a problem solver, addressing and resolving internal client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or managers as necessary.
- Follow up on any unresolved issues to ensure their resolution and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an internal support capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships with colleagues.

**Hours**: 8am - 5pm (Mon-Fri) - office based
