**HR Advisor (Temporary contract)**

**Salary**: £35K - £40K DOE (pro-rata)

**Location**: Based in our head office in Staines-Upon-Thames

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for a self-motivated **HR Advisor** for an initial **3 month period** to support our busy HR department. This role sits within the HR team and reports directly to the Head of HR. The HR Advisor will provide more specialist HR support and advice to employees and managers across the business. This generalist role covers all areas of HR and will also include ad-hoc project work and report production.
- Providing proactive, highly professional, confidential and efficient HR advice and support to management and employees in line with current employment legislation and best practice on all aspects of HR, including discipline, grievance, performance, absence, redundancy, family leave, TUPE and any other employee relations issues.
- Producing outcome letters, termination letters, letters of concern and any other ad hoc letters.
- Build strong and productive relationships with managers throughout the business.
- Attending disciplinary and grievance meetings when required
- Liaising with outgoing and incoming employers and employees during the TUPE process, ensuring a smooth handover of information.
- Providing HR Advice on company policies and procedures
- Coordinating the maternity, paternity and family leave processes
- Managing the long-term absence, short-term absence and capability process
- Liaising with managers regarding employees who are on long-term sick leave
- Arranging medical referrals and work with OH / specialist
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Support to Head of HR & Recruitment Manager
- Production of reports and analysis
- Ad-hoc projects or assistance
