**Purpose of the Role**
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play an integral role in the administrative sales processes across the B2B Team. A varied role working alongside the Business Development Manager, supporting with day-to-day enquiries. Working closely with the business development manager and other teams within the business to deliver correct and relevant information to customers.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- As the primary point of contact for Cycle to Work customers, you will be responsible for providing support, answering queries, processing orders, completing sales, and offering after-sales services.
- Proactively manage the B2B inbox responding to customer enquiries, including forwarding them on to the relevant person/department where necessary
- Maintain updated documents for the Business Development Managers to use for tendering purposes.
- Process B2B orders and provide the warehouse team with complete shipping information to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to provide quotes to new and existing customers.
- Manage the B2B sample bikes and ensure their location is always documented and updated on the system.
- Adjusting the orderbook weekly ensuring this is kept up to date to match monthly Sales forecasts.
- Arranging appointments and events for the Business Development Manager as required
- Working collaboratively with all departments to meet customer needs
- Occasionally support events and networking evenings (Monday-Friday) if required, although it is not essential.
**Experience**
- Strong organisational skills
- Competent in all areas of Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Highly self-motivated and ability to multi-task
- Personable, with the ability to build rapport.
- Keen interest in bicycles/cycling beneficial but not essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
