**Delivery Lead - Platforms**

As Delivery Lead (Platforms), you will be responsible for managing delivery and change on our core platforms (predominantly our ATCOM reservations system and comms platform), account management of relevant 3rd party suppliers who support them, and you’ll work closely with business functional leads and product delivery teams to ensure that there is clarity in what is required from the business platforms and that delivery is maintained to time, cost and quality.

Reporting into our Head of Platforms, you’ll help to develop plans to support our technology roadmap and support delivery by facilitating estimations and providing input into the resourcing requirements. You will define and own the release schedule for relevant 3rd parties and be accountable for the successful development of technical solutions, ensuring milestones are met and key quality gates are achieved within the planned budget and timeframe.

You’ll support the Business / Portfolio Programme team to manage changes to scope, timelines and costs using agreed processes to enable the Holidays business to work at pace, and you’ll be responsible for reporting status of development activities, as well as managing all risks and issues that could affect the development of the solution.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:
First and foremost, you’ll need to have experience in a similar role where you have been responsible for managing technology projects and 3rd party technology suppliers to deliver an outcome. You’ll have worked across multiple teams with complex integrations between systems and have a track record of leading teams to successfully deliver technology solutions. You’ll need broad experience with multiple technologies and platforms within high volume B2C and B2B environments and of having responsibility for managing delivery budgets.

In addition you’ll possess strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrating business engagement up to senior management levels, be proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, and most importantly have the ability to translate and communicate complex technology solutions to product owners and key stakeholders in a simple (non-technical) manner

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model.
