In this role, you'll be managing the technical delivery of key strategic initiatives. You'll work together with Product Owners from different areas of the business and their senior management teams, and together you'll provide the technical input, design, and guidance needed to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with our business strategy. Plus, you'll play a role in shaping our technology roadmap, helping with estimation and resource planning to keep things running smoothly.

We're big believers in agile development, and you'll be a champion of it too. Collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners, you'll drive continuous improvement in our processes and procedures. First and foremost, you'll be great at translating and communicating complex tech solutions to product owners and key stakeholders in a simple, none-technical manner.

You'll need to have extensive experience of managing technology projects and of working across multiple teams with complex integrations between systems, and experience of working with on-site and offshore 3rd Party tech suppliers. You'll have a track record of leading teams to successfully deliver technology solutions, experience with multiple technologies and platforms within high volume B2C and B2B environments, and experience of having responsibility of managing delivery budgets.

Soft skills wise, you'll have strong stakeholder management skills up to Senior Management levels, be proactive and highly organised, great communication skills and the ability to build positive team morale.

**What’s in it for you**:
Not only will you receive a competitive base salary, but you'll also be eligible for our company-wide bonus scheme and a 7% pension contribution. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance too. Plus, we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.

You'll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership and annual holiday vouchers.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model with two in-office days per week, typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
