**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Lead to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for leading complex space projects from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  4. Manage project finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.

Salary: **£90,000 - £120,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus benefits including a performance-related bonus scheme and comprehensive health insurance.
