We are looking for a motivated person to join our team. You must be organised with effective management skills. You will also need to have good communication skills and the willingness to learn. This is a developing team, and we will be seeking new ways of working so we need someone who can contribute to the ongoing development of the team and responds positively to change.

It is essential that you have experience with the use of databases, take complex minutes and have the confidence to liaise with external providers and service users. You must be able to prioritise your workload and be able to move between tasks, sometime at high demand. Main responsibilities are as followed: Processing incoming referrals onto clinical systems. Send letters in line with MDT Meeting.

Answering and making telephone calls. Arranging appointments. Proof reading reports/letters. General admin support for the Team.
