THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to work within the Brand Team, to coordinate campaign plans and analysis as well as maintaining the centralised briefing and sign-off process for the Creative Team and Studio. This role involves working as a brand guardian, continuallyanalysing team learnings and consumer trends, providing insights to help shape creative ideas that raise awareness of the business’s mission and improve customer experience.

Contracted hours: 37.5 hours per week

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Previous experience in/knowledge of the retail industry
- Prioritisation, organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the Brand Manager by keeping the Customer Planner up to date, ensuring this is accurate and shared with the relevant team members. You will also be responsible for the creation of the annual planner with the Buying and wider team
- Monitoring competitor brands, consumer trends and shopping behaviours, collecting and utilising data from across Team Customer to drive our brand
- Coordinating and managing the in-house design and studio booking systems
- Working with the relevant teams to organise, track and evaluate key brand campaigns across The Perfume Shop, collecting insights and providing support with the measurement and analysis and sharing this where possible
- Acting as the key point of contact between the Brand function and other internal and external stakeholders for numerous campaigns and jobs, ensuring there is regular communication where required
- Working alongside the Design Team to coordinate multiple briefs, feedback and sign-off on content and materials
- Ensuring The Perfume Shop’s brand is consistently adhered to throughout the Customer Experience Team and throughout all communication channels by conducting master approvals and feedback for the teams
- Providing quality control, including proofreading and editing support so accuracy and consistency is maintained across campaigns and content
- Supporting the wider Brand Team with campaign ideation, copywriting and art direction where required
