Duties & Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of contractor records, ensuring they are compliant for offshore work including certification, references and vaccination status
- CV input
- Processing of visas
- Management of electronic records
- Processing of Seamans book and passport letters
- Compilation of contractual documents for contractor personnel
- Assisting with the recruitment process when required
- Comply at all times with the Company’s Quality and Health & Safety at Work policies and Procedures

**Requirements**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
