Accounts & Office Assistant

We currently have a vacancy for an Accounts & Office Assistant to join us at our Inverurie depot.
Primarily posting purchase ledger invoices and checking statements. General administration tasks, including reception and some P.A. work also required.
Our software system is unique to machinery dealer businesses and full training will be provided. Applicants must be capable of using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook to perform their general duties.
Experience of a similar role desirable. Good rate of pay plus company pension contributions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 - 40 per week
