Andersons of Inverurie are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to assist in our busy showroom.

Duties will include:

- Answering telephone call, redirecting the calls and taking messages
- Processing payments from customers
- Arranging deliveries to customers
- Dealing with and directing customer enquiries to the relevant people

The position is based on a 2 day week and will require one weekend out of 4 to be worked.

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
