Telemarketer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven telesales representative to join our team at More Polythene. As a manufacturer of plastic bags, we are looking dynamic individual with telesales experience to help us expand our customer base, increase sales, and drive business growth. If you have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the plastic bag industry, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

1. Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls to potential customers.

2. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects.

3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations over the phone to showcase the benefits of our plastic bags products.

4. Understand and address customer needs and objections effectively, providing tailored solutions.

5. Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

6. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

7. Collaborate with sales tam to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, market development and competitive products.

9. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales strategies.

10. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our products and services based on customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

4. Results-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

6. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

7. A strong customer-focused approach and the ability to listen and understand customer needs.

8. Adaptability to learn about our plastic bag products and convey their value effectively.

9. A professional and persuasive phone manner.

10. High school diploma or equivalent: a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
