Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Search is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves developing new business opportunities through telemarketing and referral partnerships.

Compensation:

£60,000 Base Salary (Year 1)

£155,200k OTE (On-Target Earnings) +

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend sales appointments booked by telemarketing partners
  • Collaborate with the Head of Seminars to generate a quarterly seminar plan
  • Meet with potential introducers and referral partners
  • Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily new business activity
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Ability to sell to different audiences
Benefits:
  • £30k basic salary + £30,000 guarantee for first year
