Job OverviewThis vacancy requires the right individual to work in partnership with the HR Director and the wider resource team to support business-wide headcount delivery for future growth. The ideal candidate will be equipped with the appropriate recruitment coaching and tools to deliver an outstanding talent journey.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day resourcing, prioritizing competing demands across the business for talent searching, ensuring commercial demands are prioritized.
- Consult with the business on staffing, hiring, and sourcing trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics.
- Contribute to the development of resourcing policies and processes, highlighting improvement opportunities and creating efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain a first-class resourcing and talent service to stakeholders and managers business-wide, providing ongoing support and development.
- Collaborate with the HR Director and the wider recruitment team to develop an employee value proposition.
- Work with senior managers to understand their recruitment requirements for specialist roles.
- Proven experience as a recruitment business partner or recruitment manager within a busy internal resourcing function.
- Significant experience across end-to-end talent acquisition, providing systematic development, coaching, and improvements throughout the cycle.
- Experience attracting technical/niche talent via multiple attraction routes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company is based in Blackburn, with office-based work.
