Partner & Head of Employee Incentives

This is a newly created and rare opportunity for a senior employee incentives lawyer who would relish the opportunity to manage and grow a team. This is a Head of position and a critical hire for the firm.

In this varied role you will be joining a progressive, energetic and entrepreneurial national firm. The firm has embraced flexible working and takes pride in its diverse and engaged employee group.
- A flexible, supportive and positive management style
- Some previous experience managing/mentoring a team
- Technical expertise in share scheme structure and design, equity and cash incentive plans, incentive plan implementation alongside the operation of reward structures
- The desire to strategically partner with clients and exceed their expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Working with the Board to create a plan to grow your practice
- Operating as a senior advisor to new and key clients
- Coordinating business development plans
- Attending pitches and supporting broader marketing initiatives
- Developing a strategic vision for growing your practice and championing the practice internally
- Recruiting and developing your team.
