- Both count. Both are us.**Internal Communications Executive**:

- WHAT YOU WILL DO- An exciting opportunity has been created for an Internal Communications Executive who will work within the marketing team to improve communications right across our UK business.
- Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for queries, supporting colleagues to get their messages out effectively and advising on the best communication practice for operational, people and business-related topics.
- As well as managing the Internal Communication inbox and calendar, you’ll be responsible for uploading and sending all Internal Comms mails, ensuring accuracy and following the sign-off process.
- Building relationships across all parts of the UK team, you’ll source content/stories to add to the Comms Calendar/Plan and help stakeholders with larger projects, to complete the Internal Comms Brief, supporting them through each step of delivery.
- As a competent copywriter, you’ll draft content to support the delivery of all regular communications including monthly newsletters, Town Halls and the new weekly bulletin. You’ll also liaise with internal and external designers to develop engaging communication assets including photography, visuals and video to be used across all channels.
- Support with managing a SharePoint library of our Internal Comms back-catalogue and transferring content into the new UK GroupNet being developed in 2023.
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- Language Skills - Competent copywriting and creative writing skills, with an ability to adopt an appropriate style and tone to meet the audience and situation.
- Relationship building - Ability to set up good working relationships with people both inside and outside the business, building new and broad networks to help reach the whole UK audience.
- Organisational Skills
- Able to cope with multiple projects, planning for delivery to agreed deadlines and maintaining good personal time management.
- Creative Thinker - Enjoys coming up with new and different solutions to deliver vibrant engaging communications that capture the attention of our audience.
