- WHAT YOU WILL DO- Maintain awareness and understanding of current and proposed legislative and other market drivers to understand and quantify future impact and ensure business opportunities are maximised. This will include England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
- Support with the business response to consultations and calls for evidence, including technical and financial impact assessments for Vaillant and the sector.
- Work with relevant Government departments, trade bodies, and other stakeholders to influence the direction, and ensure a balanced view of decarbonisation of heat.
- Work in close co-ordination with the internal team to produce product and marketing activities, including the publication of Thought Leadership articles for the industry.
- In collaboration with the internal team create, attend and host appropriate events to the benefit of Vaillant’s reputation and corporate objectives
- Help to maintain a database to demonstrate compliance with corporate governance.
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- Experience of building effective relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, setting your own deadlines and creating your own workplans.
- Experience of providing administration support to managers.
- A good level understanding of heating products and the industry sector.
- Excellent communication skills - writing, speaking, presenting - with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- You should be a collaborative, and reliable team player who brings energy, positivity, enthusiasm and passion for the role.
- The ability to demonstrate attention to detail, strong organisational skills and be creative in your approach to problem solving.
- Flexible self-starter who can meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
