Blue Arrow is proudly working in partnership with a world-renowned manufacturer of boilers, heat pumps & heating systems. This client is growing and it is an excellent time to join We are looking to bring on **Customer Service Advisors** to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Full training is provided and there is an opportunity to develop a career with this growing company.Interviews will be taking place over the next few weeks. Interviews will be a 2-stage interview including an initial telephone interview, and then a final face-to-face interview at their assessment centre in Belper. The closing date is the 15th of March, so contact us ASAP to discuss further.

Customer Service Advisor is an incredibly important role, helping to support the customer journey and ensure it is effortless and informative. We are looking for outstanding communicators that can be empathetic to each customers situation and provide excellent service in a fast paced environment.

The role itself will have you:

- Working to Contact Centre processes and targets - enabling you to provide swift and professional service at all times
- Actively ensure compliance to all required regulations
- Booking and arranging engineer visits

**This client is offering an annual salary of £23,066 + monthly performance bonuses**

- What hours would you be working in the Customer Service Advisor role?_
Monday - Sunday - 39.5 hours per week on a rota between the following hours:

- 07:30 - 19:00 (Monday to Friday)

Rotas are advised 5 weeks in advance.
- Our ideal Customer Service Advisor has the following traits:_
- Minimum 2 year's solid customer service experience (required)
- Previous customer service experience in a call centre environment
- Exceptional communication skills and the drive to deliver world class service to all customers
- Flexible approach to learning new skills and tasks to support business requirements
- Excellent telephone manner - clear, patient, professional
- Self-starting and independent with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
- Highly approachable with good interpersonal skills - works well in a team environment
