**Main duties**: Make and receive telephone queries,categorising and Issue of job cards for PPM's, Reactive and remedials to the correct engineer and sub-contractor. Ensuring that jobs are complete and returned in order to close dockets on the Prison CAFM system(Planet FM),Monthly Reports and Time sheets - keeping record of engineer's overtime.Meeting all targets on contractual and statuary requirements with in your scope of work.Issue of security keys and maintaining daily logs.Operating Planet FM maintenance program (training to be provided),Raising purchase orders on Coupa and keeping a record.Sustain SMC/SSC/PCA baselines filing and assist with the auditors requests.Other administration duties are filing work dockets, job cards and archiving.Minute taking Follow up on outstanding work and orders with sub-contractors.Maintain spread sheets
