**What you'll be doing**:
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
Attending meetings and note taking
Keeping the office tidy and presentable always
Ordering stationery and supplies when needed
Supporting staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects when needed
Producing reports and presentations
