**F&B Team Leader**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated F&B Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As an F&B Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets. Your leadership skills, passion for service, and commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences will contribute to the success of our establishment. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.50.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Service Excellence**: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, setting the standard for the team.
- **Team Coordination**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the F&B team during shifts, ensuring efficient service.
- **Guest Engagement**: Interact with guests, take orders, and ensure their needs and preferences are met.
- **Order Accuracy**: Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery, coordinating with kitchen staff as needed.
- **Staff Training**: Assist in training and mentoring team members, helping them develop their skills.
- **Shift Management**: Oversee the smooth running of shifts, including assigning tasks and handling any issues that may arise.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocking and reporting shortages.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Ensure that all hygiene and safety standards are adhered to by the team.
- **Payment Handling**: Handle payments accurately and responsibly, including processing cash and card transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Hospitality Experience**: Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role is preferred.
- **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and coordination.
- **Customer Focus**: Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, for effective guest and team interaction.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
