**Position: Trainee Support Desk Employee**

**Location: Eaton Socon**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Log and track incoming service requests and incidents in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with experienced AV professionals to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and technical processes to provide accurate and timely assistance.
- Continuously learn about new technologies and stay updated on industry trends to better assist clients.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or specialized teams when necessary.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and user guides.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 'A' Levels or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or coursework is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering top-notch service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
