As a Trainee Administrator in the Client Compliance Team, you will report to the Head of Client Compliance and will support the team by assisting with a number of important administrative tasks. This will ultimately enable the company to provide robust management information to the boards of the Managed Entities/Jersey Regulated Collective Investment Funds and Non-Collective Investment Funds to which services are provided.

In your first few weeks in this Trainee Administrator role, you can expect to:

- Assist with appropriate monitoring and testing of the relevant registered person’s compliance with legislation in Jersey relating to money laundering and financing of terrorism and the AML/CFT Codes of Practice issued under the Supervisory Bodies Law
- Ensure that there are adequate systems and controls for monitoring compliance with, and testing the effectiveness of policies and procedures, particularly those relating to Money Laundering, the Financing of Terrorism and the JFSC AML.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The flexibility and adaptability to undertake a variety of tasks at short notice if required
- Self-motivated and capable of prioritising workloads as required.
