**We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join our team at a KS2 level in Willesden Green. **As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the learning experience of children who require additional behavioural support.
Qualifications:

Location and Pay Rate:
The role is based in Willesden Green, and the **pay rate is £81.76 per day.**
Permanent or Contract:
This position is a long-term fixed contract, offering stability and the opportunity for ongoing professional development.
Other Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- **Ability to use your own initiative** and work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- **Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping children overcome behavioural challenges**
