If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a **Behaviour Mentor in KS2 at our Willesden Green location.**

At The Supply Room, we believe that qualifications do not define an individual's ability to positively influence and guide children. Therefore, we do not require any formal qualifications for this role. However, **we do require previous experience in supporting children with challenging behaviour.** We value individuals who are committed, patient, and compassionate, with a genuine interest in making a difference in the lives of young learners.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with challenging behaviour to develop the necessary skills and strategies to succeed academically and socially. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to students, implementing behaviour management plans, liaising with teachers and other professionals, and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

We offer a competitive pay rate of £81.76 per day, with the opportunity for long-term fixed employment. Key responsibilities:

- Providing **one-on-one support to students with challenging behavior**
- Implementing behaviour management plans
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized strategies for students
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key requirements:

- **Previous experience in supporting children with challenging behaviour**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanour
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
