Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Job Description:
This challenging yet rewarding role involves supporting the implementation of our Behaviour for Learning Policy. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring student safety and supervision before school, during breaks, and throughout lunch. You will also manage late detentions, promote excellent behaviour, and provide informal mentoring to students on Personalised Support Plans (PSPs). Additionally, you will oversee the registration of students who are late to the academy, maintain accurate records, and liaise with parents/carers and staff to ensure smooth transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual with GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent. Previous experience working in an inner-city school or educational establishment is essential, as is knowledge of behaviour for learning policies and child protection procedures. Basic first aid training is also required. Successful applicants must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
