**Position Overview**:

- **Job Title**: SEMH Teaching Assistant
- **Year Group**: Key Stage 2
- **Location**: Willesden
- **Qualifications**: Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths
- **Experience**: Previous experience of supporting children preferred
- **Permanent or Contract**: Long Term Fixed

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored support and intervention to students with SEMH needs, helping them to manage their emotions, behaviour, and learning difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to implement individualized education plans and behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians on their development and well-being.

- Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of SEMH strategies and interventions preferred.
