**Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant**

The key responsibilities of the Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant will include:

- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities for KS1 students
- **Providing one-on-one support to students** who require additional help
- Supporting the implementation of behaviour management strategies
- Assisting with the preparation and organisation of classroom resources
- Collaborating with the teaching team to ensure a positive learning environment for all students

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive pay rate of £81.76 per day. This position is permanent, providing stability and the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with both the school and students.
