This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and committed individual who can provide efficient and effective support services in respect of all administration, communication and relevant office-related have the duties. This is exciting as it is a brand new role within the team so you have the opportunity to make it your own.

The main duties of the role include but are not limited to using a number of CAFM systems including the client's, raising purchase order numbers, obtaining approval to receipt the invoices, running various reports, liaising with a variety of people within the business to get the best outcomes, raising change requests in the clients system, chasing any PPM and RW tasks work which are overdue in the system. You will be dealing with booking in contractors to site including the FRA's and ensure any actions from these visits are logged on the system and allocated correctly.

Ideally with an administrative or customer services background, you should have strong IT skills with Microsoft office, have provided a good customer services experience, be able to prioritise, multi-task and be able to work to deadlines.
